Performed business process assessment and reengineering efforts for a Japanese-based P&C Insurance firm. Achieved efficiencies in processes by standardizing, automating, and potentially outsourcing non-core/administrative underwriting tasks.

Assessed cost and productivity and the redesign of a global retailer’s North America captive service desk staffing 350 FTE to support 4000 stores, Home Office, and distribution centers. Analyzed processes, workload, and reported metrics. Delivered performance improvements to preserve captive model and prevent outsourcing to 3rd party service provider, saving 350 jobs.

Provided PMO support capabilities on an engagement to carve-out Global Payments LOB from parent Financial Services firm. The divestiture was in preparation of a $29B acquisition from leading Private Equity firm.  Responsible for Day-1 planning for both organizations. Implemented Transition Service Agreements for LOB to operate on Day-1 through parent organization provisioned IT services.
